To assist with the everyday operations of our provider and therapist network, we are searching for an experienced Provider Services Associate. This includes aiding the Clinical Provider Success Manager in training success, provider communications, and provider onboarding.
What your duties as a Provider Services Associate will entail:
- Act as the point of contact for problems with daily operations involving providers and therapists.
- Aid in organizing coverage requirements.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of network communications and training resources.
- Provide network performance monitoring and management.
- To consistently drive improvement efforts, and work cross-functionally across Talent, Credentialing, Design, and Product.
- Provide our clinical leadership team with administrative support for clinical committee reviews, performance management, and special initiatives.
- As needed, take on more responsibilities.
